Our commitment

We want every seller to be able to read this website and ask for a quote. That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard without a mouse, voice control or enlarged text.

The standard we follow

This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is one of the technical standards that the U.S. Department of Justice points to in its guidance on web accessibility and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

  • Pages use semantic HTML. Headings, lists, tables and page regions are marked up so that assistive technology can read them.
  • Every link, button and form field works with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link comes first on each page.
  • Keyboard focus is always visible.
  • Text has a color contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or function.
  • Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Nothing on the site has a time limit.
  • Pages can be read and navigated with JavaScript turned off.

How we test

The site was checked with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse), by using it with a keyboard only and by viewing it at five screen widths. Automated tools cannot find every problem, so your feedback matters.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any part of this site that fails WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find one, tell us.

Some links open other websites, such as eBay help pages. We do not control how accessible those sites are.

Feedback and contact

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need its information in another format, please tell us. Email support@zinventorymanager.com or use the contact form. You can also call +1 (917) 300-0714. Give us the page address and say what happened. It also helps to name your browser and any assistive technology you use. We reply within 1 business day.
