Returns & U.S. Return Address

Buyers send returns to the same U.S. address your stock ships from. We open each one, record its condition and follow your instructions.

What happens

  1. The buyer sends it back

The return comes to our address, the return address on your eBay account.

  2. We match the parcel

We identify the order from the return label or the paperwork inside.

  3. We inspect the item

We open the parcel and record what came back and in what condition.

  4. We follow your instructions

We restock the item, hold it for your decision, forward it to another address or dispose of it.

What we need from you

The details and instructions we work from.

  1. Set our address as the return address in your eBay return preferences.
  2. Give us a default instruction for each condition: unopened, opened but complete, used, damaged.
  3. Tell us what “sellable” means for your products. A crushed box matters for some items and not for others.
  4. Answer the buyer and decide the refund yourself. We handle the item only.
