Storage & Inventory

Your products stay at one U.S. address under your account. That address is the item location on your listings.

What happens

  1. A location for every SKU

Each product is stored in a named location: shelving for smaller inventory, pallet positions for bulk stock.

  2. Your stock stays separate

Units are held under your account, in their own locations.

  3. The count stays current

We update the count with every receipt, order and withdrawal, and tell you when stock moves.

  4. Your item location

Because the item is here, our address is the accurate item location for every listing that sells it.

What we need from you

The details and instructions we work from.

  1. Use one SKU code for each product variation, and use the same code on eBay, on your packing lists and on the product itself.
  2. Give us the size and weight of each SKU so we can plan the space.
  3. Tell us before a large or seasonal shipment so that shelf or pallet space is ready.
  4. Review slow-moving products from time to time, since storage is charged whether the stock sells or not.

Questions about this service

What sellers ask us about this part of the work.

All questions and answers

What item location do I put on my listings?

The place where the item is. For stock held with us, that is our warehouse at 2807 Arthur Kill Road, Staten Island, NY 10309. eBay requires the item location to be accurate and the tracking to match it.

Read our guide to eBay’s item location policy.

How do I know what is happening with my stock?

You hear from us at each step: when a shipment is checked in, when stock moves, when an order ships with its tracking number, and when something needs your decision.
