When an order comes in, we pick the items, pack the parcel, hand it to the carrier and record the tracking number.
What happens

The order arrives
We receive the order with its items, quantities and the buyer’s address.

We pick the items
Each item is taken from its location and checked against the order.

We pack the parcel
We choose packaging that suits the item, then weigh and measure the parcel to pick the carrier service.

The carrier takes it
We print the label, and the parcel leaves with the carrier from the address your listing shows.

You get the tracking number
We save the carrier’s tracking number with the order when we print the label, so every order leaves with tracking.
We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. The carrier and service for each parcel depend on its weight, size and destination, and orders ship to addresses across the U.S.
What we need from you
The details and instructions we work from.
- Choose a handling time for your listings that matches our order cutoff.
- Tell us which items must ship in their own box, and which can share a parcel.
- For bundle listings, give us the list of SKUs and quantities in each bundle.
- Tell us if a parcel needs an insert, a specific mailer or a signature on delivery.
