How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as the business relationship lasts and for as long as the law requires records to be kept. Standard request data is kept by our hosting provider under its own retention rules.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We honor these requests for any visitor, wherever they live.

If we send you commercial email, each message includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor an opt-out within 10 business days.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Your browser can send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to the sites you visit. This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. The site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a signal.

Other parties cannot use this site to collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. The site loads no advertising or social media code.

Children

Zinventory Manager is a business-to-business service. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States, and the information you send us is processed there. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from the laws where you live. We use your information for the purposes in this policy: answering your inquiry, preparing a quote and keeping business records. Your choices and requests apply to you as well.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
