Receiving & Inspection
Your shipment arrives at our warehouse. We match it to your account, count and inspect it, label what needs a label and record it in your stock count.
Your shipment arrives at our warehouse. We match it to your account, count and inspect it, label what needs a label and record it in your stock count.
Before the shipment leaves, you send us the packing list: the number of cartons, the SKU and quantity in each one, the tracking number, any prep the stock needs and where it goes next.
We identify each carton by the account name and carton number written on the outside and match the delivery to your plan.
We count the units against your packing list, SKU by SKU, and inspect the cartons for visible damage.
Units that need a SKU label, or any other prep you asked for, get it before they go on the shelf.
Each SKU goes to its location and into your stock count. We tell you when the stock is counted and available, and from then on you can list it with a U.S. item location.
