Labeling & Prep

To your written instructions, units are labeled, bundled, kitted or inspected before they go on the shelf.

What happens

  1. You tell us what is needed

A label, a bundle, a kit or a check, and how you want it done. We quote the work before it starts.

  2. We print and apply labels

SKU, barcode or shipping labels go on the unit or on its pack, wherever you specify.

  3. We bundle, kit or inspect

Each prepared unit is checked against your instructions, and anything unusual is reported to you.

  4. We shelve the stock

From here it is handled like any other stock.

What we prepare

Four kinds of work, each done to the instructions you give us for the product and the channel it sells on.

Labeling

SKU, barcode and shipping labels, printed from your files or from your SKU list.

Bundling

Sets and multipacks: several units of one SKU, held together and labeled as one.

Kitting

Custom combinations: different SKUs packed together as one item for sale.

Inspection

Visual checks of units and cartons, with anything unusual reported to you before the stock is shelved.

What we need from you

The details and instructions we work from.

  1. Send label files, or the SKU list we should print from.
  2. Say whether the label goes on the unit, the inner pack or both.
  3. Describe each bundle or kit: which SKUs, how many of each, and how they are held together.
  4. Send a photo of a finished unit if you have one.
